  • If you purchase prescription eyewear, you have a valid prescription issued by a licensed eye-care professional.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe these conditions are not met.

You agree not to use our products or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to prescription regulations, import/export, and consumer laws).

You must not:

  • Use our Services to conduct fraudulent activity.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the site.

  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the website or its content.


4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

6. PRESCRIPTIONS & RX ORDERS

For prescription orders, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have a valid prescription issued by a licensed eye-care professional.

  • You will provide accurate, complete prescription information (including sphere, cylinder, axis, add, PD, etc.).

  • You authorize TrueVisionWear to use this information to fulfill your order through third-party labs and manufacturers.

You understand that:

  • We do not provide eye exams, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We rely entirely on the prescription information you provide.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from outdated, incorrect, or incomplete prescriptions supplied by you.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request a copy of your prescription.

  • Decline or cancel a prescription order if information appears invalid, unsafe, or incomplete.


7. MEDICAL & NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Nothing on our website or in our communications is intended to:

  • Replace professional medical advice

  • Diagnose or treat vision or health conditions

  • Recommend specific prescriptions or treatments

Always consult a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist for eye exams, prescriptions, and health-related concerns.

You use our products at your own risk, and any questions concerning eye health should be directed to a licensed professional.


8. THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURERS & LABS

TrueVisionWear partners with third-party manufacturers, distributors, and optical labs to produce, assemble, and/or ship eyewear and lenses.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Some or all parts of your order (frames, lenses, assembly, packaging, shipping) may be handled by third parties.

  • TrueVisionWear does not itself manufacture lenses or perform optical lab work.

  • TrueVisionWear is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems.

We reserve the right to change or update our suppliers and logistics partners at any time.


9. PRICING, PAYMENT & PROMOTIONS

Pricing:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on promotions, collections, or product updates.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any pricing errors (even after an order is placed).

  • Cancel or adjust orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price.

Payment:
We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.). You authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Promotions & Discounts:
Any promotional codes, discounts, or offers are:

  • Valid only for the time and conditions stated.

  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Subject to expiration or change without notice.

We may cancel or refuse to honor promotions where misuse, fraud, or error is suspected.


10. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping Locations:
Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States (and any other regions we explicitly list on our website).

Processing & Delivery Times:
Estimated processing and shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier or lab backlog

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or inspection (if applicable)

  • Weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen events

Risk of Loss:
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, except where prohibited by law. If a package is lost or damaged, we will work with you and the carrier, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in every case.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.


11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ADJUSTMENTS

Our detailed Return & Exchange Policy is provided on a separate page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In general:

  • Returns or exchanges may be allowed only within stated timeframes and conditions.

  • Items must generally be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (unless defective or otherwise specified).

  • Prescription lenses are often customized and may be non-refundable or subject to partial refund only, depending on our policy and supplier constraints.

  • Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.


12. GIFT CARDS, STORE CREDIT & DISCOUNTS

If offered:

  • Gift cards and store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

  • Store credit may expire if specified in the terms at the time of issuance.

Discounts do not apply retroactively to past orders.


13. USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant TrueVisionWear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our website, social media, advertising, and marketing, in any media format.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any law.

  • Your content is not misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or inappropriate.

We may remove or refuse to display User Content at our sole discretion.

You are prohibited from using the site or our Services:

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TrueVisionWear.

We are not responsible for:

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for the resolution of all disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (OPTIONAL ARBITRATION – MODIFY IF NEEDED)

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or products purchased from TrueVisionWear may, at our election, be finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Cumberland County, New Jersey, under the rules of [Arbitration Organization], rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Upon termination:
